Manager, SEC Reporting

This role supports and enhances the financial reporting function, focusing on external reporting. Key responsibilities include assisting in preparing and filing SEC reports (10-Q, 10-K), supporting financial statement preparation and disclosure drafting, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP, coordinating data collection, responding to auditor requests, and contributing to process optimization. Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in SEC reporting or public accounting
• Working knowledge of SEC regulations and financial statement preparation

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
